A Legacy of Music and Education
CMU’s roots go back to 1998, originating from the Felici Trio’s Rural Residency, a grant program of the National Endowment for the Arts (NEA). Today, CMU continues to enrich our community with its diverse programs. Youth programs include in-school assemblies, classroom encounters for all grade levels, and after-school instrumental classes. Adult education and outreach are conducted in collaboration with institutions like Cerro Coso Community College.
“Come as You Are” to Our 25th Season
Classical music is a universal language, and chamber music is its most intimate and inclusive dialect. This season, the Chamber invites you to “Come as You Are”. Join them for the Felici Piano Trio’s celebration of 25 years in the Eastern Sierra, featuring outstanding guest artists and some of the finest music composed over the last 250 years.
