Since 1998, Chamber Music Unbound (CMU) has been a vibrant part of the Eastern Sierra’s cultural fabric, bringing world-class chamber music performances and educational programs to Mono and Inyo counties. Originating from the Felici Trio’s NEA-funded Rural Residency, CMU continues its mission with an annual summer festival that unites exceptional musicians with engaged audiences in a celebration of timeless music.

The 26th annual Chamber Music Unbound Festival returns to Cerro Coso College in Mammoth Lakes with a series of intimate concerts featuring the Felici Piano Trio and outstanding guest artists. Over 12 days, you can experience masterpieces spanning more than 250 years, performed by a talented roster of musicians.
You don’t need to be a classical music expert to enjoy the Unbound Festival. The setting alone, with live music in the mountains, is worth showing up for. Plus, your attendance supports CMU’s vital year-round educational outreach in local schools and community programs.
