DEPOSIT/CANCELLATION POLICY

The Alpenhof Lodge requires a deposit of the first night’s lodging plus tax (for each room reserved) at the time of booking. All cancellations will result in a $25.00 service charge per room reserved. Cancellations made after 3pm the day prior to your arrival date will result in forfeiture of one night's lodging and tax (your deposit) per room reserved.  Please note that a change in the length or dates of your reservation may result in a rate change.

Effective July 26, 2020:  Due to COVID-19, we will no longer be able to offer our continental buffet breakfast.
 
Please note: Our guestrooms are 100% smoke free and we do not allow pets.

HOLIDAY DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY DECEMBER 18, 2020 -JANUARY 3, 2021

  • Your reservation is secured with the credit card you provided and you will be charged for the first night room and tax at the time of booking.
  • Any and all cancellations and/or changes will result in a $25 service charge.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 21 or more days prior to arrival to receive a refund less the $25 service charge.
  • Cancellations made within 21 days prior to your arrival will result in forfeiture of the first night’s stay plus tax (your deposit).
  • No shows will result in forfeiture of the first night’s stay plus tax and the room will be released for sale.
  • Charges/fees may not be applied to future reservations.
  • No refunds for early check outs. No refunds due to weather.
  • No discounts will be applied during the holiday period.

Due to the mild summer temperatures in Mammoth our property does not have air conditioning.  Please note, the Alpenhof Lodge does not have elevator access for rooms located on the 2nd and 3rd floors.
